Growing up as the son of Beth and Robbie, the founders of RBM Realty, I’ve had a front-row seat to the way real estate can change people’s lives. From a young age, I have watched my parents build this business on a foundation of trust, care, and a genuine commitment to helping people. Their example has shaped my values as a person and sparked my own desire to serve others in meaningful ways.

For the past 17 years, my professional journey has been in education. Working in schools gave me the privilege of guiding students, supporting families, and creating opportunities for growth. That experience strengthened my communication skills, my ability to listen with empathy, and my commitment to working tirelessly to achieve positive outcomes for others. While the setting may have been different, the heart of my work has always been about people—understanding their goals, meeting their needs, and helping them take their next steps with confidence.

Now, I’m excited to bring that same passion and dedication into the real estate industry. Joining RBM Realty feels both like a natural progression and a return home.
